How Agent Compensation Works

For more than 80 years, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network have been committed to improving the health of Michigan residents. We know how important the agent community is to that mission.

To provide transparency, we’ve outlined the commission offered to agents for selling Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network medical products in this chart. An individual is charged the same premium regardless of whether they use an agent or directly apply for coverage through BCBSM or Healthcare.gov.
